Revised High-Leverage Practices Report

I was tasked with designing this 95-page report, which presents TeachingWorks’ revised list of 18 High-Leverage Practices (HLPs), practices central to the organization’s values, mission, and work. The design balances expertise, exploration, and professionalism while maintaining a strong visual identity aligned with the TeachingWorks brand.

Accessibility was a priority throughout the design process. Because this report will serve as a foundational resource for TeachingWorks, we wanted it to be as inclusive and widely accessible as possible. I helped streamline the workflow between design and accessibility, carefully considering color contrast, typography, document tagging, alternative text, and reading order. Every page was intentionally designed and exported with accessibility in mind.
